Add a teaspoon of tea into your diffuser or teapot with freshly boiled hot water and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes. Jazz it up with some honey or lemon if you prefer and enjoy!

Coolmint: green tea, licorice, peppermint, aniseed myrtle, spearmint, aniseed and lavender.

Knock Me Out: chamomile, lemonbalm, hops, valerian, passionflower and lavender.

Peppermint: peppermint leaves.
Rebalance Me: licorice, peppermint, fennel, rose petals, hibiscus and coriander seeds.
