In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange (anything other than earrings) providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt (or proof of purchase) are returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased. For health and hygiene reasons, pieces must not have been worn.

  3. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene.

 

IN STORE REFUND
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Guide we do not refund items due to change of mind.
 

EXCHANGE

  1. You are welcome to exchange your purchase in person at The Collective Store Wynnum  (104 Bay Terrace Wynnum Qld 4178) provided you have the original receipt (or proof of purchase) and the item is brought back within 14 days of purchase. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
